Aspen iListing
Aspen Grove's Aspen iListing is a free additional service for all iAgent users which
applies to all properties listed in iAgent. Agents can elect to list their
properties in a publically accessible online web site where buyers and buyer’s
agents can register to submit offers. These offers automatically become part
of the iAgent workflow and agents are immediately tasked when an offer is received.
Additionally, agents can set up automatic email notifications for when an offer
is received via iListing. Property listing web links (URLs) are made available to
be put directly into MLS systems or Agent web sites so that MLS and web site browsers
can then reach the full property details available in iListing. By simply
registering, buyers can request to receive emails alerts when properties are listed
which match their search criteria.

Aspen iClient
Aspen iClient is a client reporting portal that gives clients of iAgent and other
Aspen properties a view of their relevant information. If you are an REO outsourcer
